ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS
Botulinum A. Toxin is an anti-wrinkle injectable that is made from a naturally occurring protein. The product works by temporarily relaxing the underlying facial muscles which have over time caused wrinkles or creases to form in the skin. The procedure is fast and effective and is an ideal alternative to more invasive cosmetic procedures.
We offer anti-wrinkle injections in the following areas:
Forehead
These are the horizontal lines that appear across your forehead, usually in wave-like formations. We can achieve excellent result by administering Botox to the muscles that cause your eyebrows to raise, and consequently cause these lines. The lines will soften, the skin will smooth, and over repeat treatments even deep lines can disappear completely.
Frown Lines
These are the vertical creases formed at the inner eyebrows, caused by repeated frowning, commonly referred to as ‘the elevens’ due to their resemblance to the number. Botox can relax the muscles causing these lines, preventing any deeper lines occurring, and over repeat treatments can help these lines to disappear completely.
Crows Feet
These are the fine lines that fan outwards at the outer corners of the eyes in a ‘V’ shape due to smiling and squinting. We inject Botox into the muscle around the outer eye which limits movement, thus reducing the impact of repetitive creasing. Botox is extremely effective in this area, helping to create a refreshed, youthful, more ‘awake’ appearance.
Jelly Roll
This is the term used to describe the bulge, puffiness and wrinkles under the eye that form when smiling or squinting. Botox can be injected under the lower lash line to relax the obicularis oculi muscle, smoothing out the appearance of the jelly roll creating a more youthful, refreshed look without altering natural expressions.
Bunny Lines
These are the fine wrinkles that appear when you scrunch up your nose, such as when you laugh or smile deeply. They can appear straight or somewhat diagonally on either side of the nose just beneath the bridge. A very small amount of Botox is used in this area to relax the muscles causing these lines, consequently softening this area and smoothing out all visible wrinkles.
Lines and Wrinkles Around the Mouth
Injecting small amounts of Botox into the ‘moustache’ area is an effective way to reduce lines and wrinkles around the mouth by relaxing the orbicularis oris muscle without weakening mouth movement. Botox injections prevent the skin from scrunching too tightly when the lips are pursed or pouting, so the lines do not appear. Additionally, a small amount of Botox can be placed into the downturned corners of the mouth to help soften the ‘marionette lines’. Typically this treatment is combined with dermal filler for optimal results. It not only raises the corners of the mouth, but also helps the filler to last longer.
Chin and Jawline
Botox can be used in this area to target several different types of wrinkles, as well as tightening up loose skin. Botox in the chin relaxes the mentalis muscle to smooth dimpling and improve the ‘orange peel’ texture of the chin. It can also help prevent the chin from pulling upwards, creating a more balanced, elongated and youthful appearance.
Botox can be injected into the masseter muscles, located on the sides of the jaw, to temporarily weaken the muscles creating a slimmer, heart-shaped face. In addition to aesthetic benefits, Botox in this area can also provide relief for jaw clenching, teeth grinding and other TMD symptoms.

Lip Enhancement
Dry, lined lips that lack volume are one of the main areas of concern for our clients. We use filler to increase volume and enhance the shape of the lips. The result: fuller, plumper, natural looking lips. Perhaps you feel the symmetry of your lips needs to be restored or maybe you want to rebalance the proportions to work in harmony with the structure of your face; whatever the concern, the treatment will achieve less lines, will look even and in proportion and will appear hydrated, smooth and full.
Nasolabial Folds
We love smile lines but sometimes they can make us look older. We apply dermal filler to this area to reduce the lines and wrinkles caused by the smiling movement. Filler cannot cause nasolabial folds to completely disappear, but they can make them less pronounced. They can also be used to help nearby skin look fuller and more youthful.
Marionette Lines
As our muscles become slacker and our skin becomes looser, we can sometimes notice a downturned appearance at the corners of our mouths. This can be corrected by applying filler to this area around the mouth. Also applying filler to the cheeks can help to lift the face in general, thus sometimes also helping to correct some of the downturned areas around the mouth.
Cheek Enhancement
The cheekbones are the main underlying facial structure and their prominence is essential to creating the appearance of a youthful, defined bone structure. We apply hyaluronic filler to the cheek area which plumps, defines and sculpts cheekbones that have lost their volume due to age or perhaps to create better symmetry and definition. Not only do cheek fillers plump and elevate the cheekbones, they help to create a beautiful mid-cheek contour shadow which of course helps create a slim, yet sculpted appearance.
Chin and Jawline Contouring
As we age, our chin and jawline size decreases and becomes less defined. We use dermal filler to define the chin and jaw to create more structure to the lower half of the face.
